Our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead an exciting transformation at their Princes Risborough nursery.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a nursery with enormous potential and truly make it your own.

With significant investment already made, including a full refurbishment completed last year, more investment and refurbishment underway and an outdoor garden now double its original size with even more space to develop, the foundations are firmly in place. Now they're looking for the right leader to bring the vision to life.

The next chapter includes rebuilding the team, relaunching the baby unit, strengthening occupancy and creating a nursery that the local community is proud of.

What You'll Be Doing

As Nursery Manager, you'll lead the nursery through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

You'll create a positive, high-performing culture where children, families and your team can flourish, while shaping every aspect of the nursery's future.

Working closely with a supportive leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, develop your people and create a nursery you're proud to put your name to.

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Championing safeguarding and children's wellbeing.
• Recruiting, coaching and developing a passionate, high-performing team.
• Creating a positive, collaborative and accountable culture.
• Driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community.
• Relaunching the nursery's baby unit and supporting its continued growth.
• Managing budgets, payroll and day-to-day nursery operations.
• Maintaining full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and all relevant legislation.
• Supporting marketing initiatives, open days and community engagement.

About You

You'll be an experienced Nursery Manager and excited by the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You'll bring:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• At least two years' leadership experience within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• A resilient, hands-on leadership style.
• Experience developing teams and creating positive working cultures.
• The ability to lead through change and inspire others.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare and early years education.
