Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent (Contract positions also available)
Shift Pattern: Rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Shift Premium: 12.5%

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fit mechanical components to rail vehicles.
- Work from engineering drawings, technical instructions and build specifications.
- Install and fit interiors, flooring, seating, panels and vehicle equipment.
- Carry out mechanical assembly using a range of hand and power tools.
- Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformances.
- Work effectively within a production team to meet build schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a vehicle building, mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
