Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team where you will deliver a high standard of care
Main duties of the job
· Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs.
· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
· Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
· Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
· Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
· A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
· HCPC registration
· HIVE and community equipment services – but not essential
· Discharge planning and pathways experience
. Working in the Cardiology/Respiratory service – essential
