Tomberries is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Toddler Room Leader to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who can create a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can learn, play, and grow with confidence.
About the Role
As Toddler Room Leader, you will:
- Lead the toddler room and oversee daily routines and activities
- Plan stimulating and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Work closely with parents to build strong partnerships
- Supervise and support room staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Ensure high standards of care in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional childcare
