Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per year

Tomberries Nursery is looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Preschool Room Leader to join our friendly and supportive team. About the Role
As Preschool Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and manage the preschool room on a day-to-day basis
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Mentor and support room staff to maintain high standards of care and education
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Create a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment for every child
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Previous experience working within an early years setting
- Experience leading or supervising a nursery room
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A caring, energetic, and positive attitude
