Job Title: People and Culture Coordinator
Location: Based in Islington (10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station) with 3 days a week in Central Office and 2 days from home. You will also be required to regularly make visits across our portfolio of services. Please be advised that unfortunately our central office does not have step free access.
Salary: £30,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per role requirements.
We're hiring a People and Culture Coordinator to support in delivering safe, inclusive, and performance development culture, to support in providing accurate and timely generalist administration and systems support across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as the first point of contact for routine people and culture queries and will play an essential role in ensuring processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and that colleagues receive a consistent and professional experience throughout their employment journey.

We're looking for someone who is detail oriented, organised, and proactive, with a high level of administrative skills, and confidence in working with systems and multiple streams of information. You will be clear in your communication style, able to build trusting relations with existing staff and external stakeholders. You will be able to remain calm in a fast paced environment, and open to change and flexible in your approach, able to learn new systems and processes with ease and work at a fast pace.
