Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

Part-time ¦ 33.5 hour per week

£16.25/hr (day shifts) ¦ £12.65/hr (sleep-in nights) + additional supplemental £10.80 per sleep shift and £1/hr weekend uplift where applicable.

Lysander House is an age exclusive retirement development set in Ickenham for over 70's. There are landscaped communal gardens with planting, shrubs, central feature and seating. .  It has a lovely communal lounge and onsite restaurant.

Shift Pattern 4.15pm to 9am -> 8.45am to 4.30pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards
• Assist with wellbeing-focused activities and day-to-day care needs
• Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that promotes independence

Pay & Shift Details:

• £16.25 / hour day rate
• £12.65 / hour sleeping night rate + additional supplemental £10.80 per sleep shift.
• + £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

About You:

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
• Leadership experience – You’ve supported or supervised a team
• Organised, compassionate, and community-minded
