Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!
Rutherford House, Marple Lane, Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire
Part-time ¦ 20 hour per week

£16.78/hr (day shifts) ¦ £13.03/hr (sleep-in nights) + additional supplemental £11.25 per sleep shift and £1/hr weekend uplift where applicable.

Thursday, 4.15 pm to 9am, (every week)
Sunday, 8.45 am to 4.30 pm every other week

Rutherford House in Chalfont St. Peter is a modern Retirement Living Plus development offering stunning 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for those over 70. Our residents are treated to all the facilities of the Retirement Living Plus development, including an on-site Bistro, landscaped gardens and car parking. There is also a Communal Lounge with free Wi-Fi and a wellbeing suite.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team
  • Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards
  • Assist with wellbeing-focused activities and day-to-day care needs
  • Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that promotes independence

Pay & Shift Details:

  • £16.78 / hour day rate
  • £13.03 / hour sleeping night rate + additional supplemental £11.25 per sleep shift.
  • + £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

About You:

  • Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
  • Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
  • Leadership experience – You’ve supported or supervised a team
  • Organised, compassionate, and community-minded
