Registered Mental Health Nurse (Urgently Needed)| Unique Community Services

Join Unique Community Services to deliver compassionate, high-complex mental health care in various settings for people with challenging behaviors and personality disorders. We’re seeking dedicated RMNs to lead person-centered services in clients’ homes, embodying our values of Compassion, Impact, and Community.

Flexible shifts (4–8 hours or longer, including nights/weekends/holidays).
Driving license essential.
No visa sponsorship, must have UK right to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support mental health teams in home settings, making critical care decisions.
• Assess, plan, and deliver person-centered interventions for complex needs like challenging behaviors.
• Advocate for clients, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• RMN with current NMC registration; 2+ years experience as a nurse in UK.
• Proven team leadership in mental health; PMVA training required.
• Strong communication, empathy under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts.
