Direct Reports: 1 - Waste & Circularity Contracts Manager
Travel: Required to Martin Brower & client sites across the UK&I

Position Summary: Lead our mission to support our customers to minimise waste and maximise value by inspiring change, building relationships, and driving performance.  A strategic operator with the passion to drive innovative waste management and circularity programs across the network.

• Experienced in sustainability or waste management, with a track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive mindset.

• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
