This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is ready to step up into a broader, more strategic leadership position within a complex, values led organisation.
At The Bedford College Group, our people strategy is already in place. We are now looking for someone who can build confidence, lead delivery and grow their influence across a multi site education group, supported by an established HR leadership team.
You do not need to have done this role before. What matters is that you are ready for it.
In this role, you will:
Lead the delivery of people initiatives across a defined region
Work closely with senior leaders to support cultural development and organisational effectiveness
Translate people strategy into clear, practical actions
Provide confident and pragmatic advice on people matters, with support where needed
Contribute to workforce planning, efficiencies and sustainable HR solutions
Work as part of a collaborative peer group of HR leaders
Develop your leadership capability within a multi site, matrix environment
This is a hands on leadership role with space to grow, stretch and shape your own approach.
This role would suit someone who:
Is currently operating at Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR level
Has experience working in complex or multi site organisations
Is ready to broaden their strategic impact and leadership scope
Is comfortable influencing managers and senior leaders
Takes a pragmatic and solutions focused approach to HR
Has an interest in the education or public sector and values purpose led work
