Fancy working for a growing UK based refrigeration & Air Conditioning & trade partner / retailer, who have 27 sites UK wide & a busy office based in Newcastle?
As a Pre Sales Support Engineer / Technical Sales Support, you ll work closely from the office with the Sales Executives & manufacturing partners to make sure that projects are quoted for correctly, engineering parts are available at the manufacturer, the design & config work is all drawn up & fully costed for the client.
Working in a wider specialised AC team of 10, you will work with 2 others who are onsite in the busy Newcastle office (in a wider company of 200)
Role: Pre Sales Design Engineer. Pre Sales Support Mechanical / Engineering. Technical Sales Support.
Salary: £28K Basic + Benefits package
Location: Newcastle. In-office working, 5 days a week. Some flexible working available.
What will I be doing?
- Quoting for Air Conditioning equipment
- Registering, logging, designing & performing projects on various partner manufacturing computer systems
- Assisting Sales Engineers with customer relationship management
- Assisting with Technical and product support
What do you need to see in my experience?
- Any prior experience in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Engineering, Schematics, ducting that kind of industry!
- Strong attention to detail & sound communication skills, dealing with manufacturing partners, sales teams & your wider AC team
- We d also consider a strong junior / graduate, who had a degree or college course work in Air conditioning / refrigeration, mechanical engineer, or similar.
