As the Store Manager of one of our high-end boutique locations, you will lead the entire store environment, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, luxury experience that strengthens our presence within the local community.

Purpose of Role

As the Store Manager, you hold full accountability for the operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and community engagement of the boutique. You will be the ultimate brand ambassador, responsible for creating a pristine, welcoming, and high-performing environment that drives repeat business and maintains Blink Brow Bar's prestigious reputation as the neighbourhood's premier brow and lash destination.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Financial Management

• Sales Strategy: Drive the culture of both service and retail sales, monitoring KPIs (e.g., Average Transaction Value, Service-to-Retail split) and implementing local marketing initiatives to maximise traffic and conversion.
• Operational Control: Oversee all administrative functions and full adherence to company accounting procedures.
• Stock & Inventory: Maintain stringent control over all stock, conducting regular inventory counts, managing orders, and minimising shrinkage to ensure optimum stock levels for both treatments and retail.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Onboarding & Retention: Onboard and retain a team of highly skilled Expert Brow Threading Therapists and dedicated Front of House Hosts.
• Training & Development: Lead by example, coaching the team daily on technical excellence, luxury customer service, and product knowledge. Ensure all therapists maintain their Blink Accreditation and participate in continuous professional development.
• Performance Management: Conduct quarterly performance reviews, one-to-ones, and team meetings, setting clear expectations and managing performance to drive a high-accountability, supportive culture.
• Rota Management: Create efficient and compliant staff schedules that ensure premium service coverage during peak times while effectively managing the boutique's staffing costs.

Client Experience & Environment

• Service Excellence: Ensure every client receives the signature, five-star Blink Brow Bar experience, from the initial consultation to the final 60-second brow pinch massage.
• Local Community Builder: Actively engage with the local neighbourhood to build brand awareness, foster client loyalty, and drive local events or partnerships.
• Boutique Environment: Maintain the immaculate condition and luxury presentation of the entire store, ensuring all treatment areas, reception, and retail displays reflect the premium aesthetic of the brand at all times.
• Issue Resolution: Handle all escalated client feedback, complaints, and operational challenges efficiently and discreetly, resolving issues professionally to maintain client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required

• Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-street, high-end retail, or premium beauty environment.
• Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team to consistently deliver luxury service and exceed commercial targets.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
• Operational Expertise: Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with experience managing inventory, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
• Personal Presence: Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor required to act as the primary face of the brand within a luxury neighbourhood setting.
