The Role: Expert Brow Threading Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Brow Threading Therapist to join our esteemed team in London. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional artist, dedicated to providing the highest standards of threading and brow treatments, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

Threading & Treatment Excellence:

• Perform expert eyebrow threading, shaping, and tidying to the Blink Brow Bar standard, ensuring precision and artistry in every treatment.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
• Provide a range of additional treatments, including eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting, and potentially semi-permanent lash application (experience is a plus).
• Deliver the signature Blink Brow Bar experience, including the 60-second brow pinching massage.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards within the brow bar at all times.

Sales & Retail:

• Actively recommend and retail the award-winning Blink Brow Bar product range, advising clients on products that will help maintain and enhance their treatment results.
• Achieve personal and team retail sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the bar.

Customer Service & Brand Representation:

• Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Represent the Blink Brow Bar brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive, friendly attitude.

Professional Development:

• Attend and engage fully in Blink Brow Bar's in-house training programs to maintain a Blink Accreditation and stay current with the latest techniques and product knowledge.
• Take pride in upholding the brand's reputation for luxury and expertise.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional brow threading experience in a salon or retail environment.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrable expertise and a genuine passion for the art of threading and brow shaping.
• Experience in other brow and lash treatments (e.g., tinting) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong customer-service focus and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets is a plus.
• A professional, polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
