Our founders, Wendy Bartlett and Ian Mitchell, gave us much more than our initials. They created a contract catering company that genuinely respects and values its clients and its team, and keeps a deep love of food at the heart of its operations.

These principles live on, as the next generation leads the company. Joint Managing Directors Angus Brydon and Antony Prentice continue Wendy and Ian’s legacy of investing in strong, long-term relationships with our clients and supplier partners.
