We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to deliver and continuously improve reward programmes across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Combining strong technical expertise, analytical rigour and commercial judgement, you will ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive, equitable, compliant and aligned with Louis Vuitton and the wider LVMH Group principles. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role partnering with the HR Director, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, LVMH reward teams and external providers.
