Senior HR Business Partner Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can act as a Strategic Advisor to the Site Senior Leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. In this role you will be focused on driving organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee engagement and change management across the site. A key part of this role also includes managing client expectations, ensuring clear communication, realistic timelines, and HR deliverables that fully comply with policy and legislation.
