Role Introduction The Operations Teams Lead (Short Courses), known internally as Short Courses Manager, plays a key role within the Commercial Department, overseeing the smooth delivery of Eton's Short Course Programme and supporting the use of the College's extensive facilities by external partners. This role is responsible for ensuring that all Short Courses are delivered to the highest standards, while also contributing to the College's charitable mission. By coordinating logistics and supporting commercial activities, the Short Courses Manager helps create exceptional learning experiences for participants and maximises the value of the College's estate.
