This is a new, permanent role , responsible for managing and coordinating all training activity on site, ensuring compliance, engagement and continuous improvement across all departments. This is a full-time role , working 40 hours per week , on days , with flexibility required to cover between 06:00 and 22:00 when needed to support operational requirements.
