As our Estates Manager, you will manage our property assets including pubs, hotels, inns and unlicensed sites. Your aim being to optimise capital and rental returns. Please note, although we have started the recruitment process, we envisage that the succesful candidate will commence in January 2025. In this wide and varied role, you will manage acquisitions, disposals, unlicensed properties, advise on rent, rates and valuation. You will report to the Property Director.
