Multi Site Multi Trade Operative Responsibility for completing planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment and building tasks, to a mixed-use property portfolio, delivering a high level of workmanship and finish at all times. Utilizing established trade skills in property maintenance/construction. Work independently or part of a team. Health & Safety awareness, and safe working.
