The Labour Party is seeking to recruit a Facilities Officer to run our busy London Head Office. The successful applicant will provide the services and facilities required by staff, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment for staff and visitors. The person must be able to work flexibly, collaboratively and as the key anchor in a busy office. A Health and Safety qualification is required for this role and Fleet Management experience is desirable. We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, who strives on delivering organisational excellence, and has a personable and friendly manner. The post holder will need: Knowledge of premises management Ability to plan and deliver work to tight deadlines Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work proactively with a variety of stakeholders Experience of budget management
