Social Work is a regulated profession in Newfoundland and Labrador, requiring registration with the Canadian Association of Social Workers ( https://www.casw-acts.ca/en/internationally-educated/assessment-international-credentials ). You will need a Bachelor or Masters in Social work or or equivalent demonstrated by an Educational Credential Assessment.
Once you have successfully obtained registration please contact attraction@gov.nl.ca , include a copy of your registration approval and your resume, with the subject line "AstronautJobs - Social Work NL". We can then connect you with employers in the province. Once you have obtained your registration with CASW you will also need to register with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers (NLCSW)
