About the Roles Using our contact centre script and system diagnosis tool, you'll be responsible for responding to a high volume of calls and emails, liaising with clients and capturing their information such as contact details, preferred contact method etc, as well as sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to schedule appointments, ensuring that future jobs are appointed in a way that will ensure our contractual Service Level Agreements are met and no false promises are given. You will excel in dealing with residents and help them to self-solve simple and low risk issues where possible.
