Working in the People and Culture department and reporting to the Senior People Partner, the People Partner will be responsible for delivering high quality, inclusive, people-focused service to RMG managers and staff, developing useful and engaging policies and management products, and providing employee relations advice and support to managers and staff. The People Coordinator will work within the People and Culture team and report to the Senior People Partner. They will work very closely with the People Partner's supporting with administrative tasks and ER related minute taking when needed.
