Purpose of the Role To provide quality guarding in a corporate environment, ensuring the safety and security of the building and tenants. Will be on site with 1 other Security Officer. May be lone working at times when the other officer is on Break/Patrols. Ensure to always have a radio at all times to ensure proper communication is maintained. Will also be expected to cover the Control Room on a rotating basis. Purpose of the Role An Interim Senior Building Manager to cover maternity leave due to commence in November 2024 until the end of 2025. The current SBM is 100% dedicated to the property, however, consideration will also be given a candidate who can be 50/50 split between this and another site. The individual will be required to manage the site based management team consisting of; a property manager and the engineering manager, supporting in the day-to-day running of the property. With over 50% of the building let, and 17,000 sqft of retail space still available, the client is continuing to undergo an aggressive marketing campaign and the successful candidate will be required to input into letting queries and support the lead surveyor in any ongoing letting negotiations.
