Purpose of the Role An Interim Senior Building Manager to cover maternity leave due to commence in November 2024 until the end of 2025. The current SBM is 100% dedicated to the property, however, consideration will also be given a candidate who can be 50/50 split between this and another site. The individual will be required to manage the site based management team consisting of; a property manager and the engineering manager, supporting in the day-to-day running of the property.
