About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Learning and Development Administrator to support our L&D team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping deliver impactful training and development initiatives across the business within the central HR team. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Talent Development Manager, including scheduling training sessions, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics. Maintain accurate training records and databases. Assist with onboarding processes and induction programmes. Prepare training materials and resources. Liaise with internal departments and external providers to support learning activities. Monitor attendance and feedback from training sessions.
