Building Surveyor Permanent   Full time (37 hours per week)   We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join our team and be responsible for a full range of technical surveying duties, specifying and managing required repair works to our customers' homes.  You will be responsible for the work that you and your team complete to keep bpha properties free from Hazards (HHSRS) and Disrepair.    You will ensure that bpha properties meet the standards expected through the various legislations in place and be accountable for completing technically accurate surveys which use building pathology to develop solutions for a range of building defects.      What you will be doing:   Taking responsibility for ensuring that you follow all bpha requirements in terms of health, safety, and the environment.   Assisting the IHMS / Property Services management team in ensuring that policies and procedures governing this area of work are suitable...
