The role of Project Development Manager (PDM) for Scotland (working within the Species & Land Management Team), is a strategic one, providing a pivotal link to managing the pipeline of programmes and projects within the Scottish directorate, and helping to ensure that our main project management systems – the RSPB Project Management Framework and Cora (dedicated project management software) is fully implemented enabling a robust risk management structure to operate. In addition your role will be a crucial one in relation to Scotland’s link into the UK level Delivery Planning and creation of the Scotland Delivery Plan. If you are successful, you will oversee a pipeline of more than 75 active programmes and projects within the Scottish directorate, with a combined spend in excess of £70M ensuring that they are fit for purpose and meeting our Strategic Objectives.
