The role of Project Development Manager (PDM) for Scotland (working within the Species & Land Management Team), is a strategic one, providing a pivotal link to managing the pipeline of programmes and projects within the Scottish directorate, and helping to ensure that our main project management systems – the RSPB Project Management Framework and Cora (dedicated project management software) is fully implemented enabling a robust risk management structure to operate.
