My role as a senior candidate management specialist involves me taking the lead when it comes to interacting with candidates, clients and fronting client recruitment campaigns. I am the first touchpoint for candidate queries, conveying information on the recruitment process and delivering the outcomes of hiring decisions. My role also involves me recorded video interviews and scoring them according to frameworks agreed upon with clients. I also manage bespoke client reporting requests and facilitate assessment centers and the debate process on candidate performance and ultimately, the decision for offers to be made.
