Job Description

ATL has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join its team. As Office Manager, you will be expected to efficiently manage all business functions; responding to queries and requests from all levels of seniority.

Main Duties 

  • Support senior managers with administration; and screen documents and reports, as required. 
  • Oversee the monthly KPI pack and distribute across the business as necessary.
  • Manage contractors and building services.
  • Host the management meetings; and manage the minutes and tasks.
  • Proof read documentation from direct reports, to ensure it adheres to standards.
  • Assist with the administration and delivery of continual improvement projects.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage expenses, as required.
  • Manage the shipping and logistics functions.
  • Responsible for the daily management of the import/export function.
  • Review the effectiveness of current export procedures, adhering to the Export Control's code of practice.
  • Conduct 6-monthly individual development plans with all team members.
  • Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with the environmental policy.
  • Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage in accordance with our environmental objectives.

Desirable Experience

  • Relevant professional experience.
  • Personnel management experience.
  • Previous budget handling experience.
  • Previous experience in import/export.
