Beverage and Dessert Server part-time and full-time at Brick Lane Market East London

We do specialty drinks, Bubble Tea, Milkshakes, Ice Creams & Desserts.
We will be based in East Lane Market Upmarket Food Hall.
It s a 7-day-a-week market, so we are looking for staff full-time and part-time, who can work:
5 days a week
Or Friday Sunday

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Saturday 10 am 6 pm
Sunday 9 am 6 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. Someone reliable who shows up every day, on time.
2. Must be able to work unsupervised.
3. Good with people, pleasant and friendly.
4. Must have British Citizenship or a work visa (You must be able to prove right-to-work in the UK)
5. Must either have a Level 2 Food & Hygiene Safety Certificate or be prepared to obtain it.
6. Must be well-groomed.

DUTIES:

1. Set up the stand for the day.
2. Food and drink preparation.
3. Make milkshakes, bubble teas, slushies, desserts, ice creams, etc.
4. Serve customers in a pleasant manner.
5. Stock take, daily.
6. Receive orders.
7. Train other staff members.

PROCESS:

3. You need to learn the manual prior to opening. This will shorten the training time needed.
4. If you do not have a Level 2 Food & Hygiene Safety Certificate, you will be required to obtain it. This certificate is quick and easy to get.
