About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join us on a two-year fixed term contract with one of OS's busiest teams. As a P&L Administrator, your primary role will be to provide administrative and audit support for the efficient running of the P&L team who are responsible for providing the pricing and licensing propositions that enables OS to deliver business plan requirements, maximise revenue opportunities, and meet the emerging and developing needs of our customers. This will be an excellent opportunity for a career changer or someone looking for an entry-level role with a leading geospatial data and technology organisation.
Some of your daily responsibilities may include:
Lead on information gathering to support for Partner Audits and Compliance Programme, for example, obtaining account history, past royalty returns, communication history)
Manage Secretarial duties to governance groups
Provide general administrative support to enable P&L team and wider organisation to function effectively and ensures all team administration is handled with correct business process, including creating internal reports on a monthly and quarterly basis and co-ordinate P&L inbox
Create, collate, and dispatch notification of contract changes to internal and external stakeholders in timely manner.
Monitoring email inbox
General SharePoint management to enhance better ways of working
Updating/adding new content to the P&L Sharepoint
Team document updating (i.e when we complete a task on our annual P&L plan, update/keep track of where we are)
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administration role would be desirable
Strong IT skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Location
We embrace a hybrid working model at OS and understand there is no one size fits all in relation to how we work. We have a fantastic HQ in Southampton, Hampshire where you will be required to spend three days a week, with the remaining time being a personal choice as to whether you work from home or spend more time at OSHQ.

OS conducts DBS background checks for all joiners and some of our roles require additional security clearance, including to SC or DV level in some cases. We will tell candidates at the appropriate time during the recruitment process if additional clearance will be required for this role.
