This role is ideally suited to those seeking a position that fits perfectly around school hours or other daytime commitments.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor at Calisen, you'll play a key role in our busy call centre, handling calls from suppliers and customers, and delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include collecting meter readings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with various departments to resolve any issues. You'll also manage administrative tasks, such as generating customer letters through our internal systems.
This is more than just a job - it's a permanent, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 4pm and 8pm. You'll benefit from a flexible hybrid working arrangement, splitting your time between home and our Wigan call centre at least two days a week. The role comes with a competitive pro rata salary of £23,400 per annum (£12,480).
