As a Beauty Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to customers within leading, luxury retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of a range of beauty and skincare product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.

• Engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner, building rapport and trust through personalised consultations.

 • Conduct makeup applications and skincare demonstrations, showcasing product efficacy and artistry.

• Stay current on industry trends, new product launches, and advanced beauty techniques through ongoing training and self-education.

• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals while delivering a luxurious shopping experience.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the pristine presentation of product displays and testers.

• Protect brand integrity through adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury beauty retail or a related field is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance products is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clientele.

• Strong sales acumen and the drive to achieve targets through consultative selling techniques.

• Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor.
