Quantity Surveyor £53,450 per annum inc car allowance Permanent  Full time (37 hours per week)  We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for maintaining good commercial controls, systems, policies, procedures and record keeping within our In-House Maintenance Service (IHMS), mitigating commercial risk and to control expenditure.   You will oversee all the financial aspects of IHMS and subcontractor jobs, through from creation to financially completing, control all stages of projects / jobs within predetermined budget and expenditure.    Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and especially the services we deliver.
